Carissa Johnsen is the founder of Sassy Savage Coaching.

She specializes in helping women uncover their poor mindset beliefs, connect to their spirituality and implement strategy to help their business grow. Carissa has been working in the field since 2014 with training in motivational interviewing. She has experience with diverse populations of individuals, and has worked in community mental health settings, collegiate communities, organizations and now with business owners.

 

Combining insight gained from hitting her own low points and skills as a coach, she supports her clients to discover who they are, share their passion with the world and be highly compensated for it. She is a Business Coach, Licensed Counselor, and Speaker. She received both an M.A in Clinical Psychology and a B.A in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She currently lives in California, enjoys being active and has a knack for making people laugh!

Lynette is a Senior Vice President for Wells Fargo and leads the human resources function for the Auto Finance business. She spent the last 30 years of her career leading human resource functions, including the development of human capital strategy, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development.

 

Since a young age, Lynette has always had a passion to serve others and has spent time volunteering at hospitals and with the Girl Scouts of America. She has also served on fund allocation committee for United Way in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her B.A. in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is married with one son and resides in Irvine. A survivor of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, she has been cancer free since 2007 and loves to travel, go wine tasting, paint, host tea parties, celebrate holidays, scrapbooking and is always looking to have a good laugh with friends.

Jenny Dinnen Co-Owner, MacKenzie Corporation

Jenny is a born leader, responsible for directing the company’s overall sales and marketing efforts. In addition, she guides the technology team through new product innovations and develops forward-thinking market research strategies. Having worked at companies big and small, Jenny understands the unique needs of both sides.

 

She has a strong background in marketing spanning over 15 years, honing her skills with companies such as HSBC and HD Supply. While offering a keen eye for the creative side of marketing, Jenny always holds an appreciation and talent for analyzing data to uncover actionable business solutions. Furthermore, she is the foremost expert on MacKenzie data systems; traveling around the country training clients on how to effectively use our services. Her in-office resume is undeniably impressive, but her out-of-office achievements are also worthy of recognition. Jenny is on the board of Girls Inc. (Orange County), Chapman Business School, and was a founding member of the Young Leaders group at the Center for Family Business in Irvine.

 

She also is a speaker on topics such as The Future of Market Research, Customer Journey Mapping, and Marketing Automation. Jenny received her undergrad degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and then earned her MBA from the University of Redlands.
