Impact Giving is a group of women changing lives both locally and globally through the power of collective giving.

Lynette is a Senior Vice President for Wells Fargo and leads the human resources function for the Auto Finance business. She spent the last 30 years of her career leading human resource functions, including the development of human capital strategy, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, and organizational development.

Since a young age, Lynette has always had a passion to serve others and has spent time volunteering at hospitals and with the Girl Scouts of America. She has also served on fund allocation committee for United Way in Phoenix, Arizona. She received her B.A. in Business from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and is married with one son and resides in Irvine. A survivor of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, she has been cancer free since 2007 and loves to travel, go wine tasting, paint, host tea parties, celebrate holidays, scrapbooking and is always looking to have a good laugh with friends.
